Description


Ghosts cannot be hurt or held by iron maidens, however they have to repair the holes in their blankets which opens a good window for S.C.O.T.C.H. agents to take a clear picture.

Infernal traps have a 25% chance to cause the "dark arts" effect. The "dark arts" effect reduces either your XP or GBP for the next caught ghost to 0. Items with the purify attribute can reduce the chances that "dark arts" will occur.

You must have 2001 XP to assemble and use the iron maiden mechanism.

History


  • 23 March 2011: The iron maiden was first seen in the Office at S.C.O.T.C.H. HQ, but was not yet released.
  • 7 April 2011: The iron maiden and its blueprints were released with the start of Haunted Week VI.
