Some call him an evil mastermind, some a dictator, some just a friendly bloke, but to all agents of S.C.O.T.C.H. he is known as "The Chairman".

As you can see, the Chairman's efforts on behalf of Agents of S.C.O.T.C.H. have aged him beyond his years!

Negotiating the contract

Once you have collected all three contract documents, you can negotiate The chairman contract by turning them in to the Office in S.C.O.T.C.H. H.Q.


  • 8 July 2010: The chairman contract is first mentioned in the Office at S.C.O.T.C.H. HQ.
  • 8 July 2010: Andi ghost begins dropping TCM documents.
  • 9 July 2013: The chairman contract gains two new stats: on the house and scribe.
