The chairman contract gives you the following benefits for your trap setup:
- 1 minute reduction in cooldown time (−1 mins)
- 5% midnight attraction chance
- 20% pet trainer bonus
- 3% chance to gain scribe
- 2% chance to gain on the house
The chairman contract works with magic circles and therefore can be used with trap mechanisms of all types.

Once you have collected all three contract documents, you can negotiate The chairman contract by turning them in to the Office in S.C.O.T.C.H. H.Q.
