He’s been sent on a special mission as a Diplomatic Representative from a planet far away to specifically help S.C.O.T.C.H. agents in their quest for trapping ghosts from the Dark Dimension. Word has it that he was an Ambassador to an alliance of galaxies but found the stress of dealing with so many different species too much so was removed from his duties for a more relaxed position on the S.C.O.T.C.H. team.
