The mystery stat bonus gives an increased chance to attract the mythic-creature ghosts when using Nessy's Golden Reserve, Nessy's platinum edition, Nessy's supreme edition, or one of the shadetouch family of baits (shadetouch green, shadetouch blue, shadetouch purple).
