The H.O.U.N.D. is the mastermind who pulls the strings in Dreadmoor. He has designed a hallucinogenic component that he secretly puts into magic potions.

The hallucinogenic H.O.U.N.D. ghost's non-midnight counterpart is the H.O.U.N.D. ghost.

The hallucinogenic H.O.U.N.D. ghost's secret ghost counterpart is the ghost hound.

Mystic resistance

The hallucinogenic H.O.U.N.D. ghost is resistant to mystic power.

Standard advice would be to use your strongest raw power setup when hunting the hallucinogenic H.O.U.N.D. ghost. However, the hallucinogenic H.O.U.N.D. ghost is so difficult to catch that a strong raw power setup is not going to help.

To attract and capture a hallucinogenic H.O.U.N.D. ghost, it helps to have a strong mystic power setup and to add will power to your setup as well. You should still expect much frustration from this ghost.
